Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

2. Designated Copyright Agent

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement by you, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.
4. Repeat Infringers
Dosbal reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
5. Modifications to Policy
Dosbal may modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of the policy.
